Ravi, 78, discovered his passion for painting during the pandemic lockdown. His works — ranging from surrealism and realism to pointillism — reflect his fascination with architecture and nature. A civil engineer by profession, his precision and attention to detail bring structure to his art, while his love for nature infuses it with vibrancy and calm. He uses acrylic, water colours and oil.
Tasmeen, his daughter, is a traditional animator specializing in portrait and figure drawing with soft pastels and charcoal. Her art focuses on emotion and expression, using a distinctive style of color blending and tone. Inspired by diverse cultures and wildlife, she brings a sensitive, storytelling quality to her creations.
